Please have a first look at the FAQ below. Here you can find answers to most common issues.

Q: The event page is not loading, or it's loading slowly.
A: Make sure you are connected to the internet and that you have a good connection.

Q: I can't log in.
A: Please double-check your login details and enter them again, or copy and paste them directly.

Q: I forgot my password.
A: Click on "Lost Password?" on the login page. Your password will be sent to you via email.

Q: I didn't receive an email.
A: Please take a look in your mailbox. You should receive an email from noreply@future-insight.org or noreply@ims-cms.net. If you can  not find it there, please also take a look in your spam folder. If you still can not find it, you can resend your login information on the login page by clicking on the "Lost password?" button.

Q: Multiple login discovered. Login not possible!
A: Your login details can only be used on one device at a time. If you want to switch devices, please log out first. Wait up to 10 minutes before logging in on the new device. Do not share your login details with others. If you still cannot log in on the new device after 10 minutes, please contact support.

Q: The livestream is not loading.
A: Make sure you have a good internet connection. If possible, switch to a different network. If you can load the livestream page, you should be able to view the livestream. The stream quality automatically adjusts to your internet bandwidth.

Q: I can't hear anything on the livestream.
A: If you can see the livestream but can't hear anything, the issue is with your device. Check your audio output settings and use headphones for better quality.

Q: I'm having issues with the app.
A: First, read the following instructions: Link. Make sure you have installed the app and enabled push notifications.

Q: In which time zone are the sessions and workshops scheduled?
A: The agenda displays the time in your personal time zone, based on your browser settings.

Q: I have a question about the content.
A: All questions regarding event content will be answered at the information desk On-Site or online in the chat during the respective sessions. Please do not direct content-related questions to technical support.
